Trying to put together a New Orleans *gift basket* .. any suggestions ? - beef jerky gift basket

So .. I would like to a friend send a big box of gifts from New Orleans. Case questions .. He is male and has never visited before. So far, I think ..

- A book on the history / architecture
- Zapp Chips
- 3 types of chocolate
- Dried Crocodile Meat
- Accounts
- Some cards
- T-Shirt
- Glass and cajun chef hot sauce
